- Steel cylinder:Raw material of the National Standard 6-12mm thickness Steel sheet, We use the CNC Three rollers Reeling machine to make the cylinder, precise in the size, and use spot welding first on the joint, After finished, then use the continuous welding to make a good steel cylinder.
2. Latitudinal Steel:with USA Powermax Plasma power supply, and our CNC machine to cut the latitude Steel. Very beautiful cutting, no rough edge, high accurate size according to the Drawing by USB input.
3.Longitudinal Steel:we purchase the entire 6 meter or 12 meter long , width 100-150mm, thickness 10-30mm Steel strip, and use. Then use the flame cutting at the designed length. It is higher strength, and non-deforming. Which helps the mould longer using life?
4.Cast steel:No.45 Cast steel is the material we use for our pipe end joint. It is processed by sands casting, and machine tools. It is the most critical for the different pipe end joint standards. It is annealing, and relieving of stress, which improves its abrasion resistance?
5.Screws and Bolts:All our screws and bolts are famous brand with international standards, diameter from 10-15mm.
7.Welding and emendation:we all use the Carbon Dioxide Arc welding, good welding quality, and perfect appearance. This is the last stage for the production of steel pipe mould; it is also the most important part. Promise the right size and dimension with customer’s requirement and drawing. And we adopt the male and female joint together, there is never happening of losing cement motor.
8.Anti-rust painting:the good quality oil paint will be used at this stage, the anti-rust painting helps the moulds clean, no rust, and water-proof.
9.Appearance painting: our company will do the final painting before shipping, the different color is available to choose by customers. This final painting helps beautiful looks of the mould. You will love it.
